The concert on 18th of August in Tallinn is unique, because first time in Estonia can be heard handbell music from Hong Kong, performed by ensemble ELITE.

An auditioned group, formed in 2013, comprises the most experienced and top-notch handbell ringers whose everyday’s life is full of handbell music. Ensemble’s artistic director Emily Li is a conductor of many handbell groups in Hong Kong and Singapore and actively performing as a handbell solo artist.  She is also a Chairperson of Handbell Association of Hong Kong and the artistic director of Hong Kong Handbell Academy.

The co-operation between Arsis handbell ensemble and Hong Kong Handbell Association started in 2014 when Arsis was touring in China and had a chance to give a concert also in Hong Kong. The concert in Tallinn is a symbol of friendship and love for handbells, which brought two parties, so far from each other, together. Arsis handbell ensembles can be heard in the concert as well.

Tickets are available in Piletilevi.
