For the third consecutive year, Arsis is thrilled to present a special concert series in celebration of Easter. This year, the concerts are scheduled to take place on the 30th and 31st of March in the churches of Tallinn, Tartu, Paide and Jõgeva. Attendees will have the pleasure of experiencing the enchanting performances by Arsis handbell ensembles accompanied by esteemed Estonian organists Kristel Aer and Anna Humal.

Concerts are taking place in the following places/times:

– On 30th of March at 18 in St John’s Church, Tallinn

– On 31st of March at 18 in Paide Church of the Holy Cross

Arsis handbell ensemble’s traditional Christmas Concerts are coming again!

This year Arsis’ bells are ringing in 5 different places in Estonia:

– 23.12 at 17:00 Haapsalu Dome Church

– 25.12 at 12:00 Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre Hall / at 18:00 Tartu St John’s Church

– 26.12 at 12:00 Võru Cultural House / at 18:00 Väätsa Cultural House

Arsis handbell ensemble with Estonian organist Kristel Aer is participating in International Organ Festival in Rokiškis, Lithuania. Concert is held in St Mathew Church.

Program consists of classical music arrangements for handbells and organ by composers like Bach, Chopin, Grieg, Bizet, Čiurlionis and Estonian music by Tobias, Pärt, Eller.

Arsis handbell ensemble is giving two concerts in Poland:

On 05th of May at 17:00 in Lazienki Royal Theatre in Warsaw

Concert is held in the frame of European Day Celebration and is organized with cooperation with Estonian Embassy in Warsaw.

On 07th of May at 16:00 in the Cathedral of Torun City 

Concert is a part of Probaltica Festival.

In the concerts can be heard classical music arrangements by Bach, Grieg, Chopin, Bizet and Estonian music as well by Pärt, Kõrvits, Eller.

On 29th of October at 18:00 can be heard Arsis handbell ensemble on the island of Hiiumaa. Concert is held in Kärdla Cultural House.

Christmastime, the most beautiful time of the year. As many years before Arsis is continuing its tradition by making a Christmas tour around Estonia. This year concerts are going to be in the following cities: 18.12 Võru and Valga, 19.12 Haapsalu, 25.12 Tallinn, 26.12 Paide and Tartu.

The concert in Tallinn on 25th for Dec at 12:00 is to be held in the big hall of Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre.

Arsis handbell ensemble is giving 4 concerts in Lithuania

From 16th until 18th of July Arsis is performing in different festivals in Lithuania. Concerts will be held in Birštonas Chamber Hall, in Druskininkai Church in a frame of Ciurlionis music festival,  in Jašiūnai manor in a frame of Vilnius Filharmonic summer festival and in Alytus Cultural House, open air stage.

Concert program consists of classical music arrangements and Estonian music. Conductor Aivar Mäe.

The origins of the Estonian flag lie within the national movement – the Estonian Students’ Society adopted blue, black, white as the colors of their student fraternity on 4 June 1884. In 1918, the flag officially became the Estonian national flag.

Arsis handbell ensemble is giving a concert to celebrate the Flag’ Day. In the concert classical and Estonian music will be heard. Soloists – singer Mikk Mäe and guitarist Aleksandr Statsenko.

Estonia celebrates its Independence Day on 24th of February! The concert in Jõhvi City is dedicated to 103rd anniversary of Estonia.

In the program can be heard Estonian and classical music. Soloist pop-singer Mikk Mäe, accompanied by guitarist Aleksandr Statsenko.
